The Major Cause Of Hives
There is not just one cause of hives. There are in fact various possible causes and the majority
of them may be quite surprising. Allergic reactions, diseases, infections and even stress are among the most usual
causes. You can’t start a treatment plan unless you establish what caused or triggered it in the first place.
When the body is allergic to substances such as certain drugs or foods it reacts by developing
hives on the skin. These can happen within minutes to a few ours. When food is the major cause of hives, symptoms
can develop within minutes. As far as treatment is involved, no two individuals respond the same way. Other causes
of hives include dust, pollen, mold and animal dander.
It is
important to consider stress as a possible cause of hives. Stress is something that many of us experience, and
in some individuals, even the tiniest amount of stress can cause a hives breakout. If you’ve found that you
aren’t allergic to the other possible causes of hives such as food allergens, pet dander and pollen, then
stress could be the culprit. Many people do not assume stress to be the one causing their hives, but it is
worth considering. If this is the case, start practicing some relaxation methods such as yoga, deep breathing
and meditation. Disease can also be highly possible if the cause of your hives seem to be a ‘mystery.’ Visit
your doctor to find out if you have an infection, liver problem, UTI, hepatitis, kidney problems or stomach
ulcers.
