How To Avoid Contact With Major Hives Causes
Hives is another term for urticaria. Hives are emphasized, raised bumps on the skin that cause considerable
itching and are red with a pale color on the middle. Hives are a quite common condition. In fact around 1 in 4
individuals face an outbreak of hives at some point in their life. Hives causes are many, and will depend from one

temperature extremes, junk or processed foods comprising of sulphur diozide, salicylate, sodium benzoate and
tartrazine. Also try to stay away from strong cheese, tomatoes, dark fish, strawberries and fermented foods.
Although these are considered pseudo-allergens, they do have the likelihood to aggravate the condition.
There are so many other precautions you can take to avoid major hives causes. For instance, try not to scratch
your hives. Many find it beneficial to wear loose clothes that will not irritate the skin.
